Swedish C1

C1 is an advanced level in Swedish language which requires fluency in all skills. The levels are starting from A1 as the beginner level and continue with A2, B1, B2 and ending with C1. You should pass an exam to obtain the C1 qualification. This certificate is required by, for example, the National Board of Health and Welfare of Sweden (Socialstyrelsen) for Healthcare Practitioners from outside Sweden who want to work in Sweden.

 

C1 for legitimation

Medical staff who want to work in Sweden need to acquire the certificate of C1 in fluency level of Swedish. The C1 qualification is mandatory for healthcare professions like doctors, nurses, dentist to get the permission for having a job in these titles.
