FAQ – OUR APPROVAL GUARANTEE
What does “Pay only after a positive decision” mean?
It means that Swedworks Global’s professional fee becomes payable only if the Swedish Migration Agency grants the work permit. If the decision is not positive, you do not pay our fee.
Does the guarantee apply to all work permit applications?
The guarantee can apply to all work permit categories, provided the case passes our professional pre-assessment and meets our eligibility criteria.
Why don’t you offer this guarantee to every case?

Why is there a 20% additional fee?
