When the standard case structure doesn’t fit.
Most cases run under our fixed end-to-end pricing. In some situations, a different arrangement makes more sense. Two options we offer for these:
Applicant-only case
Sometimes an applicant approaches us for help with their portion of the application because the employer declines to outsource the employer side. We can take on the applicant’s part only — preparing documents, submitting the applicant’s section, and working with the employer where needed.
Exact discount depends on case complexity and is confirmed in the written offer.
Supervision & consulting
In rare situations, an employer or applicant handles the application themselves (or with another vendor) and asks us to supervise, advise, or give a second opinion at specific points in the process. For these limited cases, we bill on an hourly basis rather than a fixed case fee.

- Currency: The prices on this page apply to customers outside Sweden and are stated in euros (EUR). Swedish customers pay in Swedish kronor (SEK) — see our Swedish pricing page.
- VAT: Prices apply to customers outside Sweden and exclude VAT. Businesses in other EU countries: reverse charge. Businesses outside the EU: no Swedish VAT. Private individuals: 25% Swedish VAT is added. Swedish customer? See our prices in SEK.
- Migration Agency fee: Billed separately, at cost, upfront. It is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
- Government fee schedule: main applicant 2,200 SEK (~€203) · ICT / EU Blue Card 2,000 SEK (~€185) · spouse / partner 1,500 SEK (~€139) · child under 18 750 SEK (~€69). Verify current amounts on the Migrationsverket fee page.
- Payment terms: 14 days. Exception: Pay-on-success (called “Deferred payment” in the offer). The offer always states which terms apply to your case.
- Start: Work begins once you have accepted the offer.
- Submission: The application is submitted once the upfront invoice has been paid.
- Invoice recipient: We prefer to invoice the employer (the company), as we are a B2B service provider.
Sweden work permit cost — common questions.
For qualifying cases, our service fee is invoiced only after Migrationsverket grants the permit. A 20% premium is added to the standard Sweden work permit cost to reflect the risk we assume.
Eligibility is decided during the free pre-assessment and confirmed in your written offer. Cases that don’t qualify are invoiced at standard pricing with no premium. Full details — including which industries and company profiles qualify — are on the Payment Guarantee page.
The reasons are always stated in the Migration Agency’s decision.
Refusal not caused by us (for example the applicant’s or employer’s circumstances, a change in law or practice, or information that proves inaccurate): the service fee remains payable in full.
Refusal caused by an error on our part: you choose to (1) get a full refund of our service fee, (2) have us appeal to the migration court at no charge, where an appeal is suitable, or (3) have us submit a new application at no charge.
The Migration Agency’s fee is non-refundable.
